Tenant finish of lower three floors included core restroom and lobby finishing for a Class “A” finish. Typical floor of 32,000 SF, included 250 work stations, two central large conference rooms, huddle and collaboration rooms of various sizes on the perimeter of floor plate. Building amenities include a fitness center, locker room and employee market space, and suites. Each floor is divided into four open office quads and offices. Each floor has a generous central breakroom space with ample natural light. The 8th floor is provided with an 1,800 SF exterior patio that will be connected to a conference center for employees and executives. A 2nd floor roof top patio space is also planned to connect to the entry level of the second building.
